10:00 AM — Bushkill Meeting Center / Visitor Information
📍 6414 Milford Rd, East Stroudsburg, PA 18302
This is a good first stop because it has restrooms, visitor information, parking, and accessible bathrooms.

10:30 AM – 12:00 PM — Delaware Water Gap Scenic Area
📍 Kittatinny Point Visitor Center, Columbia, NJ 07832
Great for Delaware River views, photos, picnic areas and easy sightseeing. NPS describes Kittatinny Point as being in the heart of the Water Gap, with picnic areas and trails.

12:00 PM – 1:00 PM — Lunch / Picnic
I would keep the group at Kittatinny Point for lunch if you want people to bring food. This avoids loading everyone back into the van just for lunch.

1:15 PM – 2:15 PM — Raymondskill Falls
📍 Raymondskill Falls Trailhead, Raymondskill Rd, Milford, PA 18337
This gives the trip a real waterfall attraction. Note that this is more of a trail stop than an easy flat sightseeing stop.

2:30 PM – 3:30 PM — Scenic Delaware River Drive / Photo Stops
Drive through the recreation area and make selected scenic stops along the river.

4:00 PM — Depart for Bucks County
